What?

The DDA & TIF Plan maps out how the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will use resources from tax increment financing (TIF) over the next 20 years in the Downtown and Tecumseh Street, east of US-23 (see map for the DDA Boundaries).  For more information about the DDA, see their website at Downtown Development Authority | Dundee, MI - Official Website.  The current DDA & TIF Plan expires at the end of 2026.

Who?

The DDA develops the DDA & TIF plan but both the DDA and the Village Council approve the plan.  The DDA  & TIF plan process includes focus groups with businesses in the DDA area.  Input from the community survey, pop up activities, and open houses will help shape the DDA & TIF plan.
