The Village of Dundee is mapping a path forward that brings together Village Government, the Downtown, and the Village overall with three plans.
We need your help!
The process will result in three plans:
1 – Strategic Plan
Addresses growth, infrastructure, and community priorities
2 – DDA & TIF Plan
Plans how the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will use its resources from tax increment financing (TIF) over the next 20 years in the Downtown and Tecumseh east of US-23.
3 – Master Plan
Guides land use, development, reinvestment, transportation, and housing in the entire Village.

Process:
Phase 1: How should we get started? (Oct-Dec 2025)

Phase 2: Where are we now? (Jan-Mar 2026)
Joint leadership meeting, focus groups, mission, vision and values
Phase 3: Where do we want to go? (Apr-Jul 2026)
Work sessions and draft documents
Phase 4: How we will get there (Aug-Dec 2026)
Community open houses, documents review and adoption
